Any quote request submitted through the website is not a contract. A final quote may depend on a site visit, photos, surface condition, access, materials and scheduling.
Bookings
Work is booked only after the scope, price, timing and any deposit or payment terms have been agreed directly with Craft Trade.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers should provide accurate project information, safe access to the property and details of any known issues that may affect the work, such as damp, damaged surfaces or restricted access.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded. We are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer or by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
